Mixed feelings

I was so happy to find the eczema company. It was great to find a place to buy pure silk and cotton bra.good quality and comfortable.off sizing but you will get use to their sizing maybe after some time. i ordered one before and liked it so I ordered again. one of the same kind I previously bought. And 2 of new silk bra with wire. The new kind however was too tight and had to exchange. So I sent those two to get next size,few days later I get an email that they cannot exchange the one that I tried because apparently it’s hurt . Reason- I forgot to sent the tag they said. Was is damaged? no was it used ? No . I must have removed it to try it on. Just because I forgot to send the tag they offered to send me the bra back. I offered to send the missing tag that I unfortunately forgot to send . Hoping to get the right size but she said she cannot exchange that one. So sadly I said ok send it back then to my new address since I m moving. But now I am stuck with the wrong size bra just because I forgot the tag .it was a lot of money to just keep the wrong size bra.it is what it is but it was really disappointing as human make mistakes but they could have accepted the tag and exchange it for me in my opinion. It’s heartbreaking to not be doing business here anymore as I am scared now of the service provided but it was good bra overall. Just need to be careful when sending it back if you need an exchange. Don’t make a mistake like I did or you will end up with wrong size bra that cost good money. I really wished to make this complany my favorite place to shop but it’s sad I had to say bye .

I was really disappointed with this purchase. The bra I received looked different from the one marketed. The one I ordered had lace, but the one sent had none. On top of that, the sizing is way off, and the fit is terrible—it doesn’t provide any shape or support. While the material itself seems to be of good quality, the overall design and function are very poor. It honestly reminds me of the old-fashioned bras my grandmother used to sew herself. I don’t think this vendor truly understands how to make a proper bra. Definitely not worth the purchase.

Generally happy but

I don’t have skin issues so this may be unfair but ….I think it’s nearly perfect, but there is a lot of cloth on the cups. It doesn’t add volume to a silhouette but i expect it will be uncomfortable during summer heat. A lighter cotton version would tick all boxes.

Disappointed in this bra

Bought two of their Organic cotton Underwire Bras with Silk and Lace (btw no Lace visible) in sizes 38C and 40D a few months apart. First I bought 38C but it was too small since I gained weight, so I have only tried it once and kept it in case I do loose weight. A few months later I decided to buy size 40D. C Cup was too small but D cup was a little too big for me but I was able to wear it still. My issue was not the esthetics but the feel. I got irritation from the pink elastic shoulder straps on my shoulders and my back. And another issue is that the material covering the underwire felt different from the material used for the cup itself and I got irritation under the breast. I liked the material used for the cup itself, it felt comfortable and cooling. But I got skin irritation on my shoulders and back from the pink straps and also under my breast from the underwire cover material. This bra is overpriced and didn't serve its purpose for me and I don't even have Eczema or any other major skin issues except sensitive skin. I have emailed Juliemay customer service a couple of days ago requesting info regarding the material used for shoulder straps and underwire covering.

I absolutely love this bra. I love that it has the underwire for larger chested ladies and it's actually cute! For some reason it seems 99% of the organic cotton bras on the market are just boring looking, unsupportive, and designed for smaller chests. Very much happy with my purchase, in fact, I'll be ordering another one.
