Complete Rip Off

Didn’t help my daughters itch. I was overcharged for what was supposed to be on sale and the customer service has ignored my emails. It wasn’t clear on the website that there would be over $60 of additional fees when it advertised free shipping. I paid somewhere in the area of $220 for a pair of pajamas and some little sleeves that didn’t even help.

Two weeks later still no product, no response from company

I placed this order in desperation because my daughter has been in agony for weeks. The shipping initially indicated it would take almost a week to arrive, which was hard enough to accept bc we are so desperate. And now the shipping has been inexplicably delayed an additional week and counting and I fear the package has been lost. I reached out to the company to find out if there’s anything they can do on their end and have received no response. And yet! I’m asked to complete a review for a product I never received. After spending over $100 on an untested product, I am extremely frustrated.

My daughter's favorite

I bought two of long sleeve shirts for my daughter and she loves them. She wears a brace for scoliosis and this shirt fits well underneath the brace while keeping her skin soothed. It's difficult to find clothing that works with her brace, so when we find something we buy multiple to wear on repeat. Thanks for making a great product.
