Remedywear™ sleeves are soft, form-fitting fabric bandages designed to calm and protect irritated skin. How do these sleeves help eczema and psoriasis?

Do I need to use them with wet wrap therapy?
No, you don't need to use them for wet wrap therapy, but you can. Remedywear eczema sleeves work wonderfully on dry skin — no need for wet wrapping. Simply wear them directly on the affected area to experience soothing comfort and reduced irritation. However, if you need an extra boost of anti-inflammatory action, you can wear the sleeves for wet wrapping as well.
Can I wear them overnight or under clothing?
Yes. These sleeves were designed to feel like a second skin. You can wear them under clothing all day or overnight while you sleep. They’re lightweight, breathable, and won’t add bulk. The reversible design means you can wear them with seams inside or out, whichever feels most comfortable.

Material is great but they should have different sizes for adults and kids. The smaller the circumference the shorter the sleeve. The product pictures are misleading. Sleeves are much shorter than you'd expect and I have eczema up my bicep to forearm. I have a sleeve from amazon but i'm pretty sure it's made with polyester and I'd prefer remedy wear. Oh well. Hope they see reviews.

So despite measuring my forearm multiple times, utilizing the sizing chart, and reading past reviews about sizing up, the sleeve I ordered was too small and if I go up a size, guaranteed it'll be too big

I purchased a size 3 in white and it stated it could fit around 10 inches but it didn't work for me. It was incredibly tight. They also recommended if you're between sizes to size down but that's a bad recommendation since it's too tight. It was too much trouble to proceed with a refund, so I went on Amazon to buy another pair of elbow sleeves.

The size chart wasn’t close to being accurate. The sleeve was so small only a child could wear it. When I asked for a refund I only received a small fraction of the purchase price. I was saddened to see this as I was really hoping this might help my condition. The purchase was an expensive waste of my time. 😞

I measured and thought I picked the right size, but I'm unsure if I should have sized up instead with the issues we are facing. They roll down continuously throughout the day, which I figured would happen a little bit since my daughter wears them on her knees. She is very active, and I am adjusting them ALL day when she wears them. It's a bit of a hassle. The elastic just doesn't do the job well enough to say they are worth it.

Unfortunately they didn’t stay up, my 3 year old son had no problem rolling / pushing them down and still being able to scratch. Each morning he would wake up with them down around his ankles and off his arms completely. I followed the size guide as well. Bummer :(

The sizing is definitely off on these, so order up and don't choose smaller like the sizing guide suggests. I bought them for my son to wear to school, and he loves them. They look like he is wearing the athletic gear the other kids wear. They stay up pretty well- as well as can be expected for an active 6 year old in my opinion. They are thin and breathable, which he really likes, as he tends to run hot. They don't snag his rough spots, and help him stay comfortable without itching as much through the day, which is a huge win for him! He also gets contact dermatitis on the outsides of his elbows at school, and getting him to wear long sleeve shirts has been a battle in the past. With these sleeves, his elbows are noticeably better just in a few days. I'll definitely be buying him more, and we're trying them for his knees next.

These sleeves work perfect for my daughter and have helped greatly with a severe outbreak of eczema that had recently come back. We have been using them for about two weeks and had seen a big improvement after 3 or so nights of trying them. We used them as a wet wrap with the Manuka lotion and for her that seemed to work better than dry.

We’ve only used this for a few days on our six year old son. He was excited to get a black pair for his arms, very ninja like! They are very soft and fit well, used the size chart and measuring recommendations and they fit perfectly. So far they seem to help with keeping the scratching down during the day. Can’t give any long-term review yet. They are very expensive, but hopefully they will help. Very handy when it’s warm out and he’s wearing a T-shirt or shorts and we still want the eczema covered. Had to hand wash them, but they dried quickly. Seem to retain their shape well enough.
