This tallow bar soap with zinc was specifically made for sensitive skin to calm skin conditions like red, irritated eczema and rashes from conditions like diaper rash. Zinc pyrithione is used in a variety of natural skin care products to help reduce skin inflammation associated with rashes, allergies or irritation. It is also anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and helps heal wounds. Made my periorial dermatitis come back

I was out of my normal zinc soap so i thought I try something new with beef tallow but it brought back my perioral dermatitis.

Tallow Bar

Having atopic eczema and contact dermatitis (many common flowers and fragrances), I have found this soap to be non- irritating and softening. Many ‘natural’ products contain flowers extracts or oils I cannot use, so this simple tallow soap is perfect. I will continue to use and order again!

Favorite soap

I have sensitive skin (eczema) and have had issues with body acne as well. This is the best. Gentle and non-drying but effective cleansing. Skin is clear and happy!

Nice, unscented soap but…

The tallow soap with zinc is a nice, unscented soap. However, I had hoped for a bit more moisturizing from the soap. While I realize my internal systems need healing which will reflect on the outside, I still need the support of topicals. I don’t feel the tallow soap with zinc made any difference in my skin or helping with the areas of dryness/redness.

Doesn’t burn

My husband has pretty bad eczema on his lower abdomen and inner thighs, and this soap is the only one I’ve found for him that doesn’t burn when he uses it.

I believe it’s good

It doesn’t lather ad much as I’d like but I’m in and would prob keep buying it. I’m not having any issues with my skin and I like the idea of my soap being anti microbial and anti fungal, just in case. The company seems nice too

Tallow Bar Soap with Zinc (Paleo Skin Care)!

It was good. I am allergic to many things and also have psoriasis . It was very gentle and I had no skin reaction on my face, which is the most sensitive part, or anywhere else. What I really found extremely helpful is the 20% Pine Tar Soap with Tallow. I wash my hair with it and the scaling from psoriasis on my scalp is almost completely gone and the psoriasis in my ears is much reduced. I am using a couple other products as well but these two have been helpful and I will continue to use them Thank you

Tallow Soap

I think this tallow/zinc soap may be the best body cleanser I’ve ever used, amazing it’s only 2 ingredients. It has a rich creamy lather, no scent, and does a great job cleaning while still leaving the skin supple. Lasted me months and in that time NO back acne, eczema flares, or tightness/dryness. I will use this as long as they sell it!

The best soap for eczema

This year I had a big flair of eczema on my hands and face. Everything hurt even water and this soap was the only thing that I could tolerate. I even cut a piece and took it to work so I can used it to wash my hands. This was the second time I buy it and I highly recommend for kids or adults.

Wonderful family option

My son is allergic to so many things, including coconut, so tallow soap is all he can use. Love the added zinc to calm his skin. I also use it for my sensitive skin. :) someday would be great if the tallow could be sourced from organic grassfed cows vs just grassfed since animals store toxins in their fat, but this is a great start
