I learned about emu oil for lichen scerosus on a podcast. My dermatologist says my lichen is not progressing and has decreased and I know emu oil has helped with diminishing the anti inflammatory response in my skin. My face has never felt more nourished and hydrated. I’ve never noticed until I switched to emu oil that when using plant based oils, as moisturizing as they can be, they usually feel like they are sitting on top of my skin. This oil really feels like it is penetrating my skin and hydrating it. As someone with acne, dryness, redness and acne scars, I’ve noticed such a difference in my skin since I have started using this oil. I don’t have super severe acne or dryness but significant enough to notice if I don’t cover with makeup. My skin tone is much more even, my acne is lessening, my dryness is GONE and my scars look less prominent (hoping this helps more the longer I use it). I like the product but the pump on the top is not good. It spins and you have to move it a little at a time to find where the pump actually goes down to pump the product. Plus the pump is black which makes it even harder to see! Any idea’s on this? I marked the spot with nail polish to help. Maybe this one was just defective?

I like almost all the ingredients of this soap though one ingredient - sodium hydroxide - it seems dry out my skin. Please consider replacing this ingredient because this would be a near perfect bar of soap if you did. Thank you to Emu Joy!

I have been using Emu oil on my skin during my radiation treatments. My skin feels good and I’ve had no skin breakdown. I was so nervous about the side effects of radiation and I feel the oil has definitely helped my journey be a little less trying.
