I don't have eczema anymore (gluten and dairy free now), but I do require 100% cotton for my health down there. It's been extremely hard finding 100% cotton+ no show undies + don't rip/fall apart. These are thick enough to last, but no show enough that I won't be self conscious at the gym in yoga pants.

I have been using this product exclusively for several years. The panties are not only kind to my skin ( no itchy welts or broken skin), but feel nice and wear well. They are a must for my wardrobe.

I've had trouble with the elastic in underwear so I bought these to try. They work great. I love the underwear but wish they were cheaper. It's hard to buy enough to wear only these for a while since I'll have to buy only 1 pack every month or so as our budget allows.

I had rashes in underwear line and these have helped/prevented future rashes I believe. My dermatologist thinks I have inverse psoriasis but I don’t care to get a biopsy of this area. I’ll just keep using products that help.

These are great and do not flare up my eczema. Very comfortable too!

I love this underwear. It is 100% cotton and very comfortable. I've already ordered my second set. It has no lace or other decoration that can cause irritation. I really appreciate The Eczema Company offering these all cotton products that are so soothing to the skin.

These are the most comfortable, skin loving panties I have ever worn. I have a latex allergy that results in raw, painful, itchy welts along leg and waist bands. This is no longer a problem with my new organic cotton, latex free panties.

the underwear themselves are good except they are miles too big for me!! Because you have a no returns policy on underwear I have stitched the pants in an attempt to make them smaller and fit! I think your sizing guide isn't very accurate and you need to review this so that customers like me don't have to "modify" their product which was very expensive in the first place and has therefore been very disappointing.
