these are good but i didn't really get very many in the pack the other stuff lasted longer maybe i still noticed but it's hard to say at least they are easy to digest

This product is just one of a system used collectively. I feel like this system has some potential in helping to decrease symptoms for a person who suffers with eczema and flare ups. I think it takes some planning in getting started so you can understand what you�ll need to do before you start. Knowing what product you need to use and when, etc. I recommend it and encourage those who feel nothing else works.

If you struggle with skin problems like be then this is definitely your go to, I suffer from extreme bumps on my arms and after about 2 to 3 weeks the bumps no taste great value great product.
