I'm so happy I decided to try out these pants (and the little shirt too). My child gags at even the mention of lotion, so I was delighted to find clothing that might help his eczema. His skin does seem to be happier since wearing these every night for the past 2 weeks (he asked me to do a special daytime wash just so he wouldn't miss a night). Much less itching. Love the design with seams on the outside, and the soothing texture is so soft. Really grateful these exist. I love the soap and lotion for myself.

Soft and works as a second skin

I have been disappointed with the quality of product and customer service from the eczema company. There’s no doubt that desperate parents come to this company searching for relief for their babies. I had high hopes for these products and never thought I would pay over $100 for children’s pajamas. But, I am desperate to find relief for my son. The fabric is buttery soft and feels nice. However, my three-year-old son wore these pajamas for the first time and slept in them. No more than 12 hours later after he woke up I noticed a snag in his sleeve. Now there is a hole. All he did was sleep in them! I reached out to customer service expressing my frustration after spending a lot of money on these pajamas. They said they cannot refund or return but will offer 20% on my next purchase. That doesn’t make me a happy customer. I feel if they stood by their product quality I would have been advised to return the pajama and they would have sent another pair. Lululemon and express does this for their customers. Very disappointing.

These sounded promising but made our little one even more itchy & uncomfortable. So bummed because we were so hopeful. Super soft, stretchy fabric though.

Purchased multiple tops and pants for our 7-yo with moderate eczema on inside of elbows and behind the knees. She has always been sensitive to clothing and especially when clothing comes with tags. PLEASE consider that children living with eczema are sensitive to tags and seams. We have found many brands have switched to tagless clothing for this reason. Cutting off the tag still leaves a small, irritable area that rubs against her skin and causes a reaction. I DO NOT recommend these items because of the large tags but hope that if these items become tagless, we would purchase again because they are extremely comfortable otherwise.

I bought this one and long sleeve shirt, gloves for my grandkid in January, first that is nice and he feels nice and comfortable but holes begin happened from last month, I wonder the materials are very good but sewing knowledge is poor. I can only ask he keep wearing them for sleeping. Dennis

Pros : I bought this pants for my two years old and it helps to stop him from scratching, it's comfortable and cooling for his skin, and protect his skin from excessive dryness, however we still need to apply the cream every couple hours. Cons : when he got bad flare up he will still scratching and the pants didn't help. He needs to wear this pant daily so buying one is not enough and buying in a bulk also too expensive, and I wish the pant come with the feet so we don't have to buy separate sock.

We have enjoyed this line of eczema wear for our son. The only change I can think of is adding feet to the pants. We have had an issue with the fabric thinning and getting holes too quickly but this has been an issue with all eczema products we have had.

I bought this product for my grandson, he only wears this for pants. He wears them inside out since the sewing lines do not irritate him this way. I wonder if you can think of a way that can help with this problem. He wears one size larger. We appreciate your invention Thank you very much.

I'm knocking off a star for the LO can tear a hole from a chipped fingernail, hole that quickly expands since the material being about the thickness of tights. That said, they do help with very eczema-prone skin and are comfortable. And I am buying more anyway because LO absolutely enjoys wearing these, the gloves too.

on days when every and any fabric feels unbearably uncomfortable on my skin this is my go to. i don’t know if it speeds up the healing but it’s so comfy and lightweight i notice the itchiness subsides a bit. the only downside is the price, it sucks that most eczema products are ridiculously expensive. also wish the legs were a bit longer.

These actually help relieve the itch which allowed healing to being! However, all of these salves are very oily and they stain the very expensive leggings. They are also very thin and see through so couldn’t be worn as pants outside of the home.

Pants are great quality, and very helpful for my toddler's itchy and irritated eczema. They are great for wearing under other pants (to go out), or simply alone when he's home. Great quality....I've purchased several of these.

These worked great for us. Lotion alone wouldn’t cut it but in a couple days, we knocked out the stubborn spots behind her knees

I’m glad we gave these a try. My daughter enjoys wearing them and even better is that it helps keep her from scratching terribly all night.

These pjs are soft and light and make sleeping at night comfortable. So smart that the tags are on the outside of the clothing. No itchy tags. My 11 yo daughter who has tried many pjs, has voted these her favorite. I ordered 2 pair since I air dry them to preserve the quality of the fabric.

I’m sorry to say that this did not help my son’s eczema. For the price, it is way overpriced & did not provide any relief from itching.

Loved them and so helpful as part of the treatment regiment! My only feedback is to have better shipment communication and faster shipping (options). When you need them you need them to help flare up, etc. so would have been helpful to get them sooner or communication as to when they'd arrive - notwithstanding all the supply chain/shipping issues. We'll be back for more though - we appreciate and value your eczema products!

You have to be patient but it works. Life saver.

We have bought these for years and they last for MANY MANY washings and protect my daughters skin from harsher fabrics. We also use the tank tops for a layer under her scoliosis brace. Please continue to carry this product line!

These pants work great. Keeps moisture in the skin and relieves itch.

These pants helped to soothe her skin when she was itchy. We ordered 5 pairs and pretty much wear it every single day, and she hasn't really been itchy since.

We got these as pants to not be itchy for night time, when we have the most problems. They are good but wool ended up working best for our personal situation. He still loves the pants and we will keep them, especially on super hot nights.

After a few days of wear (both wet wrapping and dry wrapping), we noticed the patches of red irritated skin were much less noticable. When our baby wears these leggings, she rarely itches her legs. Give them a try! : )
