Absolutely awful experience…buyer beware

Socks have extra toe room which makes them way too big and uncomfortable when I tried them on.
Company is actually awful to try and return to—they claimed I stretched out the cuffs on all of the socks(i have thin calves btw and only tried on one pair…did not wear them) so they REFUSED a return. The kicker here? TWO PAIR WERE STILL IN UNOPENED PACKAGING. Rediculous explanation. And untruthful.

Received package but it was empty

Received package but it was empty. It could have been stolen but not sure. Not sure if it was left out by mistake. They should resend another pair of socks at no charge. We will see!

I am very pleased with these organic cotton socks. I have not had any itching (as I did with Belaga sports socks), and they are comfortable, and they stay up! Also, they wash well without excessive shrinkage. I will buy more.

Not great.

Socks are very stiff not comfortable at all. Elastic is terrible, they don’t stay up and they made my feet really hot. Overall, not very impressed.

size chart wrong/poor customer service

So far my first experience with this company has been a bad one. I ordered the 100% cotton socks for adults based off of their posted size chart. I even ordered a size down because my daughter's feet were on the borderline. I used their size chart, ordered a small, and they ended up being too big, by a lot. I've been dealing with customer service for several weeks now, explaining that I should not have to pay for shipping fees because the size chart was way off. After several times back and forth, they wrote: "We've reached out to our team who has confirmed we can waive the return fee as a one time gesture. A new order will not need to be placed for the fee to be waived." This was directly in response to my email saying it was unfair that I should have to pay the shipping fees. So I guess I was fooled by their language - return fee....shipping fee. I never asked about a return fee. Just the shipping. I sent back the socks, but they still kept some of my money to pay for shipping. When I emailed again, I was told: "Unfortunately, we're unable to refund the original shipping fees as per our policy. Shipping and handling fees for returns cost our small business a lot of money, so we thank you for your understanding regarding these fees." As if I have the money to pay for shipping fees every time a company makes an error. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Excellent product

These socks were exactly what I needed My medication causes swelling in my feet and ankles and socks with elastic for support cuts off the blood flow in my feet resulting in my circulation being constricted and exacerbating my blood pressure All in all I am very happy with my purchase

Socks slide down

The fabric was good. Unfortunately, the upper part of the sock were too wide with no elastic. My lower legs are on the thin side but I have not any other brands of socks slide down as these do. Customer service was excellent and they will take the socks back for refund
